Nutritional Series

We are excited to be hosting a three part educational food class about nutrition. Each class will be taught by Herban Touch owner, Meg Merriman. These three classes will build on top of each other, and are a great way to learn about fresh eating and cooking. Classes will take place on February 9th, March 9th, & April 20th from 7PM-9PM. The classes will include three recipes, one which will be given out during the class.

FEBURARY 9th-Eating Seasonally

Eating seasonally is a vital part of cooking and understanding fresh food. Certain foods thrive in different temperatures and conditions. Learn all about companion foods, what to eat in each season, and how to properly work with them! 


MARCH 9th- plating

Plating is an important step in cooking. When you plate, you are in control of where each component of a dish goes. It's a chance to let YOUR creativity soar. Learn different plating techniques, ways to build courses, & how to order for your best nutrition when you are out & about at restaurants.

APRIL 20th- HERBS and Spices

Herbs and spices are secret powerhouses of a good meal. The right herb can make or break a meal. Learn about the variety of herbs and spices and how to work with them!
